BCD 3000 unresponsive with Traktor LE

    Hello, I just picked up the Behringer BCD 3000 with Traktor LE software. I have installed everything, but the BCD 3000 is completely unresponisve.

    I have updated the Traktor software, looked online for answers, but haven't had any success.

    If i open the software and use my mouse to play tracks, the green LED above the play button on the Behringer does turn on, but thats about all it does. The play buttons themselves, along with any other button do not do a thing on the hardware controller.

    Maybe someone here can help?

    Running it with a DELL XPS & Win7.

    i guess I should also add that i have read about this mapping stuff, and the software this device comes with has no import/export or any other functions that I can find to import the map.

    Update ... I just tried this unit on another PC running VDJ 6 PRO, and it does not work there either, same thing exactly.

    Is there something I am not doing? or could this unit be defective?

    got it working with a 64bit update from behringer site :)

    you need to download traktor control panel and configure it. this should make it respond to comands by your bcd 3000.
