I'm running a BCD3000 with T3LE on my Compaq laptop. Problem is everytime the USB gets connected, I get a really noisy main out. When I do stuff on the computer I can hear little noises that correspond to what I'm doing on the computer. When I'm using traktor LE, and there's nothing playing I still gets lots of noise out of the speakers. When I hooked up the main outs to my desktop to record, it to picks up the noise. But the noise goes away immediately after I unplug the USB cord from the BCD, and comes back just as quick when I plug the USB back in.

try unplugging the powercord for you laptop. see if it goes away if you are running just on battery power.

YES! Running on just the battery solves the issue! But what can I do to solve this with the power plugged in?

if you have a macbook, use the 2 pin plug adapter instead of the 3 point one... otherwise use a ground loop isolator or a generic power supply which supports non grounded power cords
