BCD3000 & TRAKTOR 3 LE missing

Hi,
I have bought a new BCD300.
Though there are two CD's in the box, BCD300 driver CD and the Traktor 3 LE CD, they both have the BCD3000 files on!
On the BCD3000 web site there is a FAQ where they suggest registering the Traktor 3 LE software via option B on the native website product activation (as I have the 25 digit registration code on the Tracktor 3 LE CD), this should then let me download the software.
But it seems that the newer software can't be registered this way - the only way is via the NI service centre. As the Traktor 3 LE is not installed on my PC the service centre doesn't see anything to register!
Has anybody had this problem and how did they solve it.
I guess all I need is a copy of Traktor 3 LE, then I can register it.
I have been back to the shop I bought it from and all their current stock of BCD3000 are the same.

First you have to register and create a user account. Then you can download the NI Service Center and with this you can register your software and afterwards download it on the Support site.

Otherwise I heard that in some cases Behringer will send out a new CD. Just try it...

 

Got the same prob
I tried a lot, but it seems to be not possible to download Traktor 3 LE and activate it. I wrote an email to NI, no answer.

Registering

It is not possible to download anything from NI unless you have registered it first.
Although there is a valid software registration ID on the CD that came with my BDC3000 it can only be registered if the software is on the computer using the Native Software Centre.
It is not possible to register any of the new software via option B in the native online registration.
I have created a new account, downloaded the registration software - then everything stopped.
Native want nothing to do with the LE version as it is 'the reponsibility of the Behringer'.
Behringer arn't allowed to email the software only send it to me on a CD - which hasn't yet arrived.
I have tried four BCD3000 from diffrent suppliers all with the wrong software on the CD. Wounder who's mistake this is and if it is Natives I would have thought they should have sorted it out!
In the mean time I am using another companies software with my BCD3000.

 

I think this problem is caused by Behringer as they probably produce the CDs themselves in China. Did you call the Behringer support?

I have contacted Behringer, they are sending me the correct CD, nothing as yet has arrived and it has been over a week.

Did the same today (contacted behringer). Let's see how long behringer need to send me the cd.

Thanks for your help, but it is not possible to register Traktor LE without having the cd. The answer is: "this software can only be registered with service center".

I guess i have to wait (another week, or longer) :-(

PS: I contacted NI also, no reaction from them!

 

Then download Service Center from NI page... this is possible.

 

And then? You can't register a software with this tool if the software is not yet installed.

It is a realy clever system - not!
You can't register the software without it being installed!
So if you havn't go the software you can't registered to register to get the download!

Anyway a large parcel arrived today, inside a copy of LE3 all the way from Germany.
Taken a week to arrive, but now I a can register - yea!

Just contact your Dealer or Behringer and they will send you the CD. I had the same Problem and Behringer send me the CD in a few Days.
