I am having an issue with BCD3000 and Traktor 3 LE functionality.

    OS windows XP
    BCD3000 Drivers installed: 1.2.0.0 / firmware 2.0
    Traktor 3LE version 3.3.2.010

Traktor and MIDI controller appear to be working as it should when I select the internal soundcard of my desktop PC. However this means I am not using the BCD3000 as a soundcard for master/monitor which is basically the purpose of having bought this controller.

When I select BCD3000 ASIO or DS BCD3000 as soundcard the track plays and MIDI controllor works as long as the setup screen remains open and I do not click in any other screen.

As soon as I close the preferences screen by clicking apply/ok/cancel playback or I click anywhere outside the preferences screen the song is stopped (when BCD3000 ASIO selected as soundcard) or moves very slowly but without sound (when DS BCD3000 selected as soundcard)also the MIDI controller does not respond to any new actions.

Going back to the preferences screen and reselecting BCD3000 ASIO/ DS BCD 3000 results in the track resuming playing where it was stopped. I have tried setting latency settings to highest possible but nothing works.

I notice the driver setup created a map Behringer under C drive with bcd3kasio.dll and other files inside. Is this the correct location or do they need to be in another windows (driver) location?

I am hoping you can offer me support in correcting this issue as it is basically making the controller useless in combination with the bundled software Traktor 3 LE.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Did you do audio optimizations? WLan off, Antivir off, Firewall off,... And only choose BCD3000 ASIO as driver.

When chosen, quit T3LE and reopen it.

yes all of this was done. I even created a seperate windows XP installation dedicated to audio but still no luck.

Any possibility drivers have not been installed correctly? Both appear in the hardware / device manager list.

Maybe... plug off the BCD and install the driver again, maybe on another USB port. Did you disable the power saving option for the USB root hubs in the device manager?

breakthrough ... yesterday performed another clear XP install again. Decided to install drivers + Traktor before making any other installations (except LAN) and guess what it worked.

Now the weird thing after I had installed the drivers for the graphics card (MSI with NVIDIA chipset) tracks played but with interruptions. Uninstalling the drivers and works perfect again ... I am really surprised to see this can cause a problem.
