After I slice a sample I would like to change the end points for every slice to the end of the sample. Is there any way to do this? When I click on a slice and drag the end marker. The sample doesn't change. The only way I can do this is by changing the envelope?! Is this a bug or does it work like this?

Also, is there a way to reverse 1 slice and not effect the rest of the slices?

Is these are both no, will this plan on being added and does intakt do these things?

    thanks

Hmmm, not sure if I understand you correctly.

Slice the sample (so that you get all slices layed to the different key-zones in the key zone editor.

double-click on zone (which is a slice) and the loop editor will open. Haven't tried it, but if it is possible then this is the way to go. In the loop editor track the loop-end marker to the end of the file.

Inverse: first part as above. in keyzone editor - tell Kontakt to put each zone into its on group. Tell kontakt to edit groups individually and then in the sampler module click reverse (make sure the correct group is selected!) (This i have done - works for me!)

please write if it functions for you.

    Best and good luck!

The reverse thing works - Thanks!

Let me try to explain the other one better:

Basically I want to slice a drum loop. But Instead of each key being just one drum hit from the loop. I want it to start with the sliced drum hit but playi to the end of the whole sample. So it has all different start points (as normal) but instead of ending with the end of the individual hit, it keeps plaiyng to the end of the entire sample.

WHen I drag the end point marker as you said (and this is what logically makes sence) to the end of the sample, it doesn't change. It still stops at the end of the 1 hit (like how it sliced it), even though the end point is set to the end of the sample . The only way I can get it to work is if I go into the envelope module and adjust the d/s/r settings....

Try it, tell me if it works for you

    thanks
