beatgriding in duo

    what would be the best way to beatgrid, if traktor does not do it properly, in traktor scratch duo, since there is no snap button and storing a new cue does not store it on location where the marker is.

    i cannot wrap my head around this.

    Scrub through the waveform to the postion you would like to set the cue. Use the "IN" button to set the cue marker at your current position then store and change the type to grid.
    As long as your BPM is correct that's all you should need to do. Does it not work that way in Duo?

    Some tracks, if they have a long vocal/synth/string intro or a big break in the middle that doesn't follow the beat structure, could be inaccurately gridded; you would need to manually adjust the tempo at that point.

    Wish I could be of more help but I'm on TS Pro and have precisely 0 experience points on Duo.
