Ok so I've got technics 1200mk2's and a macbook pro running traktor scratch pro. I've got 2 tracks that just will not sync together now here's what I'm trying to do.

I've beat gridded the 2 tracks even with 3 - 6 beat grids per track and I have them at the exact same tempo (138.91 - 92) according to traktor, now when I play them, the one track that I'm trying to mix just goes slower than the other one that I want to mix out of now keep in mind that all of the other tracks that i've beat gridded do not have this issue except for these 2. These two tracks are digitally released from 2010.

I understand that I might have to slow down or speed up the platter when mixing other tracks but these 2 tracks are just irritating. Any tips I should try to get these 2 tracks synced before I officially say that these tracks just don't like each other when they're mixed and the best way to mix them is by ear only?

    Thanks guys, greatly appreciate it.

I've been doing more research and found out that this can possibly be fixed with "warping" the track with ableton live. For those of you who have ableton live and I know this is not a support forum for ableton but is it easy to warp a song? If it is, I'll look into purchasing the product.

sounds like 1 or both the tracks have more than one tempo/bpm although you can add as many beatgrids as you want you can only have one tempo. In that case you can either warp the track in Ableton (I believe its very simple to do) or you need to find sections in the tracks at the beginning and end that have constant bpm/tempo and make loops at these sections to mix in/out from. Not Ideal but still alot easier than if they were on vinyl
