Resolved Beatport LINK closing software when loading track

Hi All,

I wondering if anyone has had an issue with Traktor Pro BETA closing when trying to load in a track from Beatport LINK.

- Macbook Pro (Big Sur v11.4)
- Traktor Pro 3.5.0.269

I never had that problem. Could you be more specific about this ?
Does this happen with every track ? Every beatport track ? Just one specific track ?
Did it happen only once or is it something you can reproduce each time you're doing a certain process ? If this is reproducible, could you be more specific about the steps that leads to this result ?
Is it a crash or a simple quit ? If it's a crash, could you attach the crash report ?

That would help us a lot !

It helps a lot already ! This is pretty scary.

Did this happen already with any other beta version or is it specific to this last one ? Does it also happen with track which are not from Beatport ?

I am using 3.5.0.269, I think this is the latest version?

It doesn't happen when getting the track from my own library.

That would help us to determine if the problem comes from your machine configuration or from Traktor itself.

Having the same problem. Identical to previous user. Local tracks load fine. BPLink track loads cause instant crash.

Version & Setup:
Traktor Pro 3 3.5.0269
Traktor S2 not connected. Internal Mixing Mode On.
Beatport Pro Trial Account

Reproduction:
Dragging a Beatport Link track from playlist to Deck causes instant crash.

Observed:
Repeated several times with different Beatport tracks. App instantly winks out of existence. Apple crash report comes up.

Expected:
Uh. The opposite of that. Haven't been able to test any Beatport integration since I can't get past that first critical step ; )

The load bug is squashed in .270! Works fine for me now.

And... in a total mystery, the previous build .269... also worked fine as of this morning. i have no idea what conditions may have been changed.
