Beginner DJ having issues with Numark Mixtrack Pro

I used to own a Vestax Typhoon for a month, however traded it in for the Numark Mixtrack Pro since it's features were better.

After receiving it, I have a small problem in it's software. Whenever I hit the headphone CUE button, instead of monitoring the sound from that deck it plays it through my speakers instead.

I am using TRAKTOR LE.

Any ideas?

 

How do you have the audio routing set? This is how mine is set in Traktor Pro (should be the same on Traktor LE). Bear in mind that the names of the channels may be different if you're on a Windows PC, but the channel numbers should be the same.

 

Tried that, didn't work.

Again, when I hit the headphone CUE button everything shows up on speakers.

 

Can you post screenshots of the settings at your end?

check to see if your rca cables are physically connected to output 1 or output 2 (should be output 1)

Do you get the same problem if you click on the on-screen cue buttons? In case you don't know which ones they are they're the headphone buttons under the gain controls.

Also, did you choose the "Mixtrack" or "Mixtrack LE" setting when you ran the setup wizard?

 

Is that asio driver?

 

No, it's the controller mapping. There are two options when it asks you what controller you're using; Mixtrack and Mixtrack LE. If you're using Traktor LE you need to select the Mixtrack LE option rather than the Mixtrack option.

 

I am also having the same problem with my headphone cue. MrKiss did you sort the problem?
