Behringer BCD 3000 midi controller, help if possible please

i recently bought a behringer bcd 3000 and think its top, but iv been having problems getting it to work. when i turn it on a load up traktor 3 le to use it with it doesnt work.

i can use traktor using the mouse but when i try and control it with the mixer nothing happens, eg. when i move the crossfader or any other controls nothing happens on the screen.

has anybody encountered the same problem? and if so how did you rectify it?

this is the same thing happened to my laptop m using dell vostro with vista OS. the bcd3000 cannot recognize pleaseeee help me too.

maybe by now you had found the problem but for those that will be having the same dilema. in the midi menu go to interfaces you will see your bcd 3000 just activated it by clicking on the box . that should help a little.

 

Do A Google Search For The Bcd3000 Traktor Le I Found A Midi Fix For It That Allows Scratching And All Controls To Work.
