Behringer BCD3000. Cue A and Cue B not working

    Hi, everyone!

    Plz help me with my problem! I have Behringer BCD3000 + Traktor Pro 2 + Mac OSX Lion. Got buttons Cue A and Cue B on my controller not working. Instead they switch on FX section. Didn't find an answer :(

    Are you pressing the right buttons?

    Try the buttons under the gain knobs.

    There's a PDF showing how the controller has been mapped to Traktor somewhere in the installation files. I can't remember where it is for Mac users but a search should find it.

    Hi there,

    I got bcd3000 so maybe can help you. One thing first. Is that mapping downloaded or you create your own? Also which version of pro2 do you use?

    If it's downloaded can you please share link here so I could dl it and troubleshoot it for ya.

    mines doing the same.
    im interested in why my effects at the top of my mixer arent working ?
    i press cue A then im able to press my effect buttons and they light up but when i turn the 4 knobs they say their working on traktor but no noise is coming from my speakers? PLEASE HELP!

    I downloaded and tested it...

    Cue A = activate Fx section for unit 1
    Cue B = activate Fx section for unit 2

    I got this exact settup for toggling Fx units in one of my mappings from traktor bible site. Maybe this is an edit, who knows...

    Effects are working properly for me, maybe you didn't activate Fx unit on buttons from mixer section?

    Also make sure to put bcd in to standard mode.

    im having more troubles but with my speakers, during playing tracks through traktor the noise comes out fuzzy and goes on like this for a while, then traktor glitches really quicky then the sound comes back perfectly normal for a while then keeps repeating this over and over.
    It's frustrating me at parties cause i have to stop traktor then reopen it.
    I've done these things to try and stop it:
    use separate power boards for the amp for full power
    set my in-built sound card to the bcd3000 asio
    is there anything else i can do to stop this?
