    There are a few of us that were interested in updating to Symphony Series and believed NI's statement that they would never be included with Ultimate. Then they introduced Ultimate Collector's Edition and included them there. NI doesn't personalize upgrades offers or give credit for already owned products. For those of us that "misunderstood" and upgraded to Symphony Series during their 50% sale and may still be interested in updating to 12 Ultimate Collector's Edition...

    What is the best place/method for selling NI instruments?
