Beta Running Out

    To quote NI:
    - It will expire on 30th August (the final update or a new beta build will be made available before that date)

    That's today, where is the final version or the new Beta build, if the program is date stamped wont it cease to work at midnight tonight ?

    Please forgive me if my question is stupid, I just hate it when companies miss deadlines, drive me nuts lol :)

    As 5.5 has already been shipped in the new version of Komplete, I daresay we will get a full version in the next day or 2.

    Yep it's expired lol, was going throw a strop and have a temper tantrum but can't be bothered lol, but when you put dates on things probably best to actually follow up on it :)

    just loaded tracks that need to be done....totally forgot about the expiring beta :S

    please hurry up! :D

    (damn, I can't even load these tracks anymore in ableton..ouch!)

    Quick fix as somebody mentioned: Roll back your date to August 1 (toolbar) and disable internet time synchronization. It works:cool:

    I just found the update on the product support pages, I've installed what appears to be the release version of R5.5.1 and am sorely disappointed to find the same show-stopping bugs as in the beta. It is still impossible to load files from the browser/finder/explorer by dragging them into a sampler/sample lookup…

    Do you have any idea what the reason for the change in behaviour is? It worked in 5.1.x
    It would be nice to some word from NI on this, or a detailed changelog/known issues page, as this change/bug/whatever effectively breaks alot of my ensembles.

    dragging sample into sample display on panel is defective in the public beta and release too.
    It is a bug. :p

    (I think there will be an update containing several smaller fixes. e.g. this one)
