better adjustment possibilities for LED/Pad brightness settings in software and on the hardware

I think it would help if the "selected" and "unselected" Buttons and Pads are have separate brightness slider in the prefs. This would help to get better results in different lighting situations with MK3.
It would also be very helpful to adjust these brightness settings on the MK3 controller under "settings". so you can quickly change these settings when the suns goes up or down.

 

I also wish for more extended brightness controls
As someone who'd like to use their MK3 in dim environments more often the thing that bothers me the most is that "selected" buttons are way too bright compared to unselected ones. In addition to that, the top row buttons and the pads should be dimmer.
