Better Analysis Feature

Hello there again,

Some tracks are just im-possi-ble to beatgrid in TPro (tried e-very-thing: beatgrid adjusting, re-analysis, even analysed the tempo in logic, set the tempo acoordingly - boom, tracks still lose their grids somewhere).
BUT: those tracks play well in T 33. There the beatgrid works, from beginning to the end...

all the rest of the program is WAY better than T 33. but the analysis function is a real step back. Isn't there a way, to use the old analysis engine in Pro?

Can you send a Support file and attach a track on which you cant set a beatgrid please.

 

ok, i did. looking forward to a solution - the analysis "feature" in TP seems to create unending threads in the forum...

PS: hmmm... support form a bit kryptic, it loads the "NI ONLINE SUPPORT" site and asks you again to log-in after submitting your requrest. no confirmation of my send, no email yet... :|

 

You should get an Auto reply with a Ticket Number.
Please check your Junk/Spam Folder as NI emails get junked by certain clients like Hotmail .

I find that the Support Section Logs me out at random.

 

well, as said, no ticket number yet, and i know my spamfilter check routine
i also have the feeling that the support section logged me out. but since there was no other feedback, i gave up after i did try twice and decided to wait and see if there will be an email/ ticket.

 

posted for the 4th time now. at the 3rd try, at least the side didnt log me out, but still have no ticket - now i dont wonder about buggy software anymore...;-/

 

the forum was down yesterday for some time, probably the rest of the website was affected, too?
