Black Friday Komplete Upgrade?

Anyone know if NI will be doing Komplete upgrades 50% off for 2020 Black Friday? As I have 13 select and would like to upgrade. Thanks!

 

If NI is *not* going to offer discounts on Black Friday, it would be in their interest to say so now because I would bet a lot of customers are waiting for that. (and from what I've heard from other customers, a discount isn't likely this early after release)

On a related note, has NI ever considered allowing customers to upgrade on a monthly plan? If the customer stopped paying, isn't it easy enough to just disable their serial numbers? I think it would be a good option because a lot of people wouldn't mind paying $100/month compared to coming up with a big lump sum up front. It would be good for NI because it would mean fewer customers waiting for sales, and opening themselves up to a wider group of customers.

I myself don't really like subscriptions, but that's me. I'd like to know about those black friday deals as well. Or upcoming products even.
In the US, Walmart is going to have several Black Fridays spread over november to try and dilute physical and online crowds, so deals might pop up all month long...

Subscription is different than payment plan. If the upgrade is $1200, after twelve months of $100, you'd own it. The suggestion was just a way to make it easier for more people to swallow.

NI for sure won't say what the sales are, I just think it would be in their interest to say if Komplete 13 is NOT going to be on sale because so many people are waiting to see.

 

From previous experience, I guess there will be 50% discount Black Friday Sale. That is good news.
Bad news is, that it most probably would not apply to Komplete 13. (At least, It was like that, when K12 was released.)
Semi good news is. Komplete might be 50% off on Summer Sale. ;-)

But, it may be different this year. I am guessing based on past events.

Hey, I think it would be ok for most customers if NI had 50% offers on upgrades and crossgrades only. Just to give us a chance to stay in the game, and also because if this second lockdown that is quite important...

 

If NI were to offer a 50% off deal for an upgrade from K12UCE to K13UCE I would be all over it.

Yes, I imagine so. That's OK with me. I still have tons of unexplored territory with what I have already.

 

How can I say, for me was a little bit frustrating, because when i purchased the MK3 a didn't se so many details like komplete select.
The hardware was expensive the i purchased A25 and know to upgrade a have too pay € 399,00 it's so much for me that in this moment I'm not working for the reasons covid-19. But still expect that NI give to us a really nice Black Friday.

 

Native-Instruments it would be fantastic if you offered a discount on Komplete 13 for the Black Friday sales. People are staying home more, but money is tight for a lot of musicians. Could be a win-win for you and us!

Agreed! They may come up with something or they will lose out on sales. Updates and upgrades and expansions on sale would be awesome!
