Ok so i have had the Audio 8 DJ interface for 2 years along with my DZ1200's and havent really had any issues. i decided to purchase a new mixer so i got the PMC-280 from Vestax to replace a Numark.

Now that its all hooked up though, i am hearing the timecode tone when i am on Line on either my left or right deck. I definately dont hear it loud like when it is on Phone, and in fact it is very faint. When there is music playing it is barely noticeable, but as soon as music stops, you can hear it. I know it isnt a ground issue tone as when there is no music playing and i hear the tone, i can scratch on one of my decks and the tone will react to it.

Can anyone suggest anything that could fix this?
