In Guitar Rig, is there a way to blend or mix the input source with the output inside the Guitar Rig stack of effects?

I know I can add GR to an aux channel / track and route the track I want effected by GR to it and control the blend that way, but I'm looking to find a way to do that withing the plug-in itself, similar to how the Dry parameter works on some of the GR effects.

    Thank you.

Try using the “Split Mix” splitter... add effects to path A and add none to path B... have not tried it, but in theory, it should do what you want.

EDIT: Just tried this and it works...use the X-Fade slider to adjust the Wet/Dry.

    Hey Jim,
the Preset Volume component does exactly that, just open up the expanded view by clicking the little arrows button on the right side and you will find the Mix knob. (see image)
    Cheers,

Thanks for the replies, gents. I can't seem to find Preset Volume in the GR 6 list of components, but I tried Blindeddie's suggestion to use Split Mix and that does the trick.

I should add a disclaimer that I'm running Komplete 13 on a 2012 MacPro5,1 hacked to run the unsupported Mojave, and some components, such as Super 8 don't appear in my list of instruments despite repeated attempts to get it to show up - other than accessing it through Komplete Kontrol. That could be why I'm not finding it, I suppose.

    Thanks again!

    Hey Jim,
you make the Preset Volume (along with other useful things, like the Metronome, Tuner, etc.) show up in the rack by using the buttons directly above the rack.

what “List of instruments” in regards to Super8 are you referring to?
