Both decks loop when only set up on one deck

But what I am asking Traktor to do is not an unreasonable thing. There must be lots of DJ's who fade in and loop on one deck whilst the track plays out on another.

If your theory is correct though, with regards disabling snap and moving the cue point a millimetre, then is it an issue with analysis? When I create a playlist I analyse all tracks. Sometimes I have to reanalyse them when preparing mixes as they can be 'out' a little against the track I'm trying to mix with. This usually corrects it.

I can't try this tonight as I'm out but I will have a look tomorrow night. I'll let you know if I see anything else helpful (or not).

one should think so. however, this is the first thread i ever read about it...

nope, my guess is that it's just that the 2 cue points sit on each other on the very same point. if you move one of them only a tiny little bit, it should work as expected (i didnt try yet, it's just an assumption).

LOL yeah I thought I heard rain on the video. We lost 4 roof tiles and half the garden fence last night...very windy in the North West.
As you posted an update on DJTT (before here) I answered your post there.

I copied what Chad@NI came up with as a solution...I won't take the credit for it;)

I think that if this isn't happening on all tracks then some of them must have Fade Out markers that are not 100% on the transient/grid line.

Let us know how you get on.

Oops... didn't refresh the page so I didn't see your reply Flukey.

Yeah this is the first time I have ever read this issue as well. Strange that we haven't heard about this before.

I wonder if the default condition for Fade Out markers can be changed so they only work once per track?

OK, I will try that. Won't be until the weekend now as I don't think the wife will let me get away with a 2 hour mix session on Valentines night.

And thanks for your help. And to DJ freshfluke. And here's hoping for some decent weather.

    Cheers
