Bought and register Maschine Mikro Mk3 in NA, no Maschine software shows up.

I just received Maschine Mikro Mk3 today. With my excitement, I register the HW from the back to my native access software on my Windows 10 pro. It passes and then...nothing shows up.

The number of uninstalled software stays the same.

Due to my stupdity, I also bought Maschine 2 factory library update only to find that it doesn't work. So I thought I need to buy the komplete 13 + Maschine 2 and...yah waster more money. I asked for refund immediately, not sure if that will go through.

I already sent 2 tickets and a refund ticket as well, but no response as of yet.

Right now, the device stays in MIDI mode. Can someone please help?

Never had any problem with Native Access and MMMK3. When your firewall popped up during first usage of NA then did you give NA the necessary rights? Maybe you clicked it away too fast. So I would check my firewall settings first.

 

If that happens then all of the komplete 12 ultimate software in there wouldn't come up when I register the code no? Besides, when I open NA, I open as admin anyway.

 

OK, as you didn't mention K12U I thought it was your first NA installation.

I'm alittle frustrated with my double purchase on maschine 2 factory and komplete 13 select+ maschine 2 factory package atm.

 

I had something similar where the latest update v2.13.0 for windows machines simply didn't showup in Native Access, maybe that's where the fault is.

I was provided with a pm link to the download by one of the maschine 'gods' here on the forum.

the obvious question would be did you click the install buttons to allow the downloads to take place? what happens when clicking install??

 

What do you mean by it does not work?

Check it out, but it seems to me that Mikro MK3 does not come with licence for Maschine 2 SW. Maybe some reduced one.

Have you looked at your NI account after registering Mikro HW? The licence key for aditional SW may be listed there. And you have to enter it to Native Access.
