Bought Komplete 12 Select, but NI installer won't let me install Kontakt.

Hello. I am hoping this will reach someone with the knowledge to help quickly. I recently bought Komplete 12 Select, which includes Kontakt 6. I know that the full version will show up in the NI installer as just "Kontakt", but it is nowhere to be found. When looking at what Komplete 12 Select came with on the site, it stated that the Full Version of Kontakt 6 came with it. I have yet to see it. I have plugins from Soundiron that can only be accessed by using the full version of Kontakt, and I can't use a single one. Help?

 

Well, I just solved my own problem... Komplete Select does NOT come with the full version of Kontakt. The only reason I bought it was because I saw that it came with the full version of Kontakt 6. Looking back at the "included engines", it states that it does not come with it. This is a huge disappointment because I would have just bought Kontakt 6 by itself and now I have to spend an extra 100$ to get it. This is such a let down..

 

I get your frustration, but I don't see anything on the product page that says Komplete 12 select comes with the full version of Kontakt.

It must have been a trick of the eyes, I guess. When I purchased it, I thought it stated it came with the full version. Looking back on it today, it does not. It sucks that I can't get a refund for the 199$. Komplete 12 select comes with some okay plugins, but all of it was not worth 199$. Wish I would have just bought the full version of Kontakt itself.

 

If you wait few days, week or so, there might be a Summer Sale and maybe there will be also the sale on Kontakt. Dicounts usually are 50%.
