Bought Komplete4, Unable to activate Pro53, Spectral, and Reaktor

    I have tried all the workarounds. Updated service center manually, latest version with new serials, nothing is working. Please help me activate.

    Hy there, i am havin the same problems with mac intel......i did all installations......But in the end is still asking me for serial Number of BII, Batteri 3, Vokator .
    I just thouth i need those serial number ........and i am steel wiating for them .........best regards,

    Hi,

    I would recommend to check/do the following:

    - Install the latest updates from the Update Manager for all products. If you download updates from Sc and have additional products besides Komplete, make sure you do not install an Update which has "not for Komplete 4" in the name.

    - Make sure that all targets (standalone and used plugins) have been updated to the latest version. You can check the file version directly on your hard disk.

    - Make sure that you have installed the latest version of Service Center. If you are in offline mode, you can download the latest version from here:

    http://www.native-instruments.de/index.php?id=freeupdates_us

    - Start SC and click next until you get the serial number entry for some products. If they are outlined in red, this means that the serial number has to be modified. You should already have the R2 serial numbers to enter as your accounts show. This concerns Pro-53, Spektral Delay, Vokator and Elektrik Piano 1.5.

    - Press "Next" to start the activation.

    I am not sure what the problem with other applications is. For Reaktor you can check if you have installed the latest version everywhere (for all plug-in targets as well). You should add your activation request file from Service Center with your support request, so that we can analyse the problem further.
