Bought Traktor and received a bad code

    I want to know where I can see the code of the product I purchased.

    I can not activate the product the code is not long enough , I need to add 3 more characters or numbers.

    Please help me.

    And When I enter this tab:
    MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS

    I get this message:
    On this page you can:
    • See all your registered products and serials
    • Download software you purchased in the NI Online Shop (only if the software is still available online)
    • Download TRAKTOR if you have registered selected TRAKTOR hardware after May 2012
