Bought used KOMPLETE S61, native access doesn't show installs

    I just bought a 2ndhand KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 and no matter what I do I can't seem to install it as a standalone on my MacBook Pro (Mojave). Native Access showed 2 things to install: KONTAKT and REACTOR 6 but as far as I can tell these are useless to me.

    How do I install the drivers? I went to the driver page and only got a firmware updater. Did that but still can't run this thing.

    Oh and I have Logic ProX, the latest version.

    Help.
    I don't know anything about this stuff so your advice in plain English would be helpful! thanks!

    You need to register the serial in Native Access so you have access to the Komplete Kontrol software, but if the person who sold it to you didn't deregister their own serial first to transfer the serial to you, you may have bought a lemon so will need to chase them up to get it.

    Because of the fact the NI hardware and software has a serial number attached to it, it’s not wise to buy second hand stuff unless it comes with a serial number.
    When it comes to buying instruments, plug-Ins, etc. you have to research what you’re getting yourself into.

    The seller has 2 Serial numbers one for the unit and one for the software.. iff he sold it without the software u are basicly ...scr.. you can or wait for Komplete start ( iff thats a thing to go with) or ask the seller for the serialnumber for the software..

    thank you. I have serial numbers for both software and the hardware. Trust the seller. He transferred the ID, deregistered, everything. Still not working.

    Have you registered them in Native Access, you may need new serials.
