Bought used razor license

so i bought komplete 7 and razor used. i have the serials for both but im wondering how do i download and get razor with the serial? i dont see a demo version like other Ni synths which then allow you to enter a full version license.

 

i think you have been ripped off. Razor is a downloadable product. the license is clear no downloadable products can be resold.

in terms of Komplete 7 this might be seen as a product with a normal license

whoever you bought Komplete 7 from, needs to inform NI that they have transfered the license over to you.

basically, if they don't do this then in effect they still own the licenses and not you.

so please contact that person, get them to inform NI and then you will be able to Komplete 7 but i don't think you will be able to register Razor.

please contact Registration Support to confirm this.

People successfully sell and buy Razor/Finger/Mouth/etc download versions in the KVR market place every month. NI transfer those licences on a regular basis. Calmly ask your seller whats up.

 

okay thanks - i have never done this myself so i am just going by what is in the license agreement.

i suggest lyons238 does contact the seller and get the seller to inform NI about the license transfer.

it might also be a good idea to contact registration support.
