    I am trying to upgrade my Kontakt Ultimate 10 to Ultimate 13 but I am only given the download option. Can I get the boxed version with USB storage device?

    No, somehow boxed is only for full versions, but i know in the past there where also updates available as boxed products. Like my komplete 12 update is a version with a HDD in the box.

    Ohh from resellers you can get those boxes, just search for "boxed komplete 13 update"

    Yep - upgrade via Sweetwater offered the Komplete 13 Ultimate with the USB drive.
