Bpm detection for live audio inputs

Traktor pro still can't detect the Bpm of of live audio input signals from external audio.
When I'm using real vinyl, one or 2 decks are set to 'live input' in traktor so I can combine it with Traktor's effects and remix decks

The problem not having a BPM counter is that Traktor's effects who are BPM synced are not timed correctly on that live input deck. Neither can the live input deck be the master BPM deck.

BPM detection of live audio signals is something that was implemented 20 years ago allready, most mixers, media players and even reloop turntables have it these days. Even 20 years ago I had these on my mixer and cd players.
So I guess it's not very hard to implement this since it allready exist for such long time on most DJ hardware.

I would REALLY love to see this basic feature implemented in traktor soon.
It's even strange no one suggested this allready.

Meanwhile I will suggest using beatseeker maxforlive device as clock generator since max can handle maxforlive devices without Ableton and works as runtime (no edit enabled) for free forever AFAIR...

if no clock or link output by default (so requiring edit mode to add these) then I will suggest NI to just implement the same algo behind beatseeker into Reaktor patch first and Traktor device later.

Anyways Traktor team needs to release some news so users could “wonder” what is the roadmap...
