Brand new S8 Dead

    I bought a brand new / straight out of the box S8 and and it will not switch on, light up, make noses, etc :( Moved the unit to try different plugs, prayed, gave it time to warm up, registered the serials downloaded Traktor and even hugged it, and still NADA.

    Am I seriously missing something or does this normally happen?:eek::thumbsdown:o_O

    What do you mean by, nothing lights up?
    When you press the on button at the back of the S8 nothing is happening?

    You have made sure it's plugged in and the plug socket is turned on right ?
