    I know it's new and should be perfect but at least from that video it doesn't look bad. Is the port loose? Is the Z2 still recognized?

    Yes,the port loose.The left side.Works,but unplug the USB cable in a moment.(Not fix)

    Unregister the software. Take it right back for a replacement. Warranty repairs are for things that broke not things that came broken.

    Replacing the mixer.2015 01.28
    UPS come: 2015 02.02.
    But it's not brand new.
    It's refurbished.


    This is normal ?
    I have a new one sent for repair. (0day ,never used,manufacturing fault)

    Can someone at NI please rectify this? It's pretty damn lame he brought back a brand new mixer for a problem and got one that looked like it's been on tour a whole year at the hands of a savage.

    Maybe for you this is normal behaviour, but there are people outthere saving for their gear and expect some quality and not too recieve a unit that is broken and the replacement unit is used.
    Nothing wrong posting that on this forum.
    Somebody messed up here.

    Titel of the tread reads "broken usb port brand new mixer'
    Not offensive at all, but maybe to you it is.

    @fella she is referencing a thread he started somewhere else on another site. I know you can't tell from her post but, I know what she is talking about. Posting it on that other site was a bit uncalled for but, I understand his frustration. I just don't think public shaming a whole company for something an individual technician did is right either. If anything am pretty sure she has already brought the Z2 repair problem up to someone in NI who will make it right.
