browse fast on s4mk3 like s4mk2 - any ideas?

hey ho traktorpors,

i habe the problem with long (like b2b) playlists that i dont know how to fast browse with the s4mk3.

s4mk2 had this option:
When you are in browser mode you can now scroll much faster through a long track list using the shift knob and the jogwheel

that is not working on my s4mk3 any ideas?
other solution?

Remap the Browser knob.

Add In > Browser > Select Up/Down

Increase the rotary sensitivity to 150% (100% is standard sensitivity)

sounds good. but i like 100% as normal mode.
have you ideas to map it with the siftbutton. ut i also ike to switch between playlist. hard to find a free slot ;-)

 

but i dont know how to map with two buttons. so i would like to say page up and down with the encoder when is push the preplistbutton at the same time. like shiftbutton but with the prepbutton.

FYI Shift + Jog Wheel fast browses through your loaded track to get to a specific part quickly. You can do this or just use the move encoder on a larger beat number.

but for sure i know what you say and use this techniques since a decade.
i think you even not use traktor if you not use your described routines ;-)

but i still lokking forward to find a way to browse fast and not through the track - through my playlist ;-)
if i only use my encoder its slow and the mk2 had a good way for it - why the new version doestn have the similar style - i dont get it.
