hi, as it happens most of my sample library is on a second pc connected by a simple peer to peer network to the one I'm using for realtime audio; the browser of Kontakt seems to be unable to find this pc. It didn't read the cdrom drive either, until I switched it from PIO to UDMA :-o). Is there a way to get KOntakt to see the netwerk as well? Would greatly speed up my work :)

You have to map the network drive to a drive letter rather than relying on the "My Network Places". Browse to the network drive through "My Network Places", right click on the share that you want to map and choose "Map Network Drive".

Then in Kontakt, choose "refresh" in the "Show" menu. Now you should see the new drive letter.

PS these instructions are for Windows XP but they should be the same or similar back to 98.
