I was having problems with high cpu usage from GR - I only just got it. So I updated to latest version, then tried changing ASIO settings - this is all in stand alone mode!

Now output has stopped. I get input. I can see the input signal on the VU bars at the top of the interface, and I can see it on amps and effects within GR that have input signal LEDs or meters. However, no sound comes out, and the output strip meters at the top of the GUI are not doing anything. So the sound is getting lost within GR some where.

This is the case in plugin or standalone modes. I have tried selecting one input instead of both. Is there a fix for this?

    You may have the bug.

    Reinstallation doesn't work?

I tried running the 2.2.1 update a second time, and that didn't fix it. I've got to move all my Komplete 4 library to another hard drive, and I expect that may involve reinstalling Komplete from scratch, so the plugins don't loose their handle on where the library is (or I may not have to), so any way, I will reinstall from scratch, and see where that gets me. In the case of GR I will uninstall it first, reboot, then reinstall, then run the update again.......

Well I managed to use GR within Kore, with Kore running as a plugin for a couple of guitar parts. So it's not all bad. Still won't work as stand alone.

When is this update coming? Any idea?

If it's running as a plugin, it should be running as a standalone.
What's your settings in audio/MIDI settings in GR standalone?

My ASIO settings are described in my other post here - http://www.native-instruments.com/forum_us/showthread.php?t=51636

the no output problem started when I tried to change the ASIO settings back down to standard audio resolution which being an Audigy is 48KHz. It won't hold on to those settings though. Each time I restart GR the settings have reverted back to 24 bit @ 96KHz & no sound output.
