[bug] T3.3.0.91 - Metadata ID3 - id3v2.3 is rewritten as id3v2.4 & id3v1

Hi.
As mentioned many times, and as fixed many many times over and over again (but only ever partially / halfhaphazardly) - dear NI - please do NOT alter, concatenate, mutate, "upgrade" ANY of my metadata!

We still have a clusterf* of bad metadata editing habits/functionalities from Traktor. And I've posted bug tickets in the closed beta for each of them, so here's just a link to the overarching one:

Giving different write access opti0ons about a year ago was a good start while we wait for TDJ2 to mature so us non-beginner/casual users can use it as well... but you start re-intoducing new issues into T3... like, the latest, and the previous 2 version, which I also have mentioned, on mp3/ID3, you're now changing metadata tag formatting as a whole now...

So, if I feed Traktor a mp3/ID3 file with
id3v2.3
as the metadata container. What I get back from Traktor is this:
id3v2.4|id3v1
