Hello, I have a traktor scratch pro with an audio dj8 and my pc is an ASUS intel core i3, 4Go ram 600Go HD.
I play with that since 6 months without any issues (I only have 1 effect active so it's running perfectly) and with the akai lpd8 sometimes.
Saturday I had a gig and pluged new cables (multicore) I just bought.
Then traktor was shutting down each time I was changing playlist, or sometimes when I was charging a trak.
I had a window with aproximatively: "traktor had to shut down because of an issue", then I had to click on "close traktor" and I was able to restart traktor (my pc was still running perfectly)

    Hopefully I had vinyls ;)

When I got home I tried again and everything was ok (with old and new cables)

Could it be because of a mass problem ?
The old cables didn't come with "iron xlr" and I installed the new ones quickly, may be they were touching the turntables or something..

Anyone have a idea on what else could it be ?
    thanks !

Send your crash log to NI. Make sure you are running the last version of the software 1.2.7

The Traktor manual should have where the crash logs are stored on a Mac and a PC so have a look in there!

    Good luck.

Sounds to me like there may have been some power issues at the club. Do you use surge protection? I'm surprised LP didn't suggest this straight off.
