I tested Kontakt over the weekend and it is really great stuff and has some great improvements over the last version. Also the sample library is great! Nevertheless I soon found some bugs and annoyances which should be fixed quickly! Here we go:

    - Options: Menu Font Size always displays "Mid".

    - The option to increase the font size of the Browser is missing. The
manual says that there should be a "Tools"-menu (which seems to be
renamed to "View") which should contain such an option. The browser
font is only 7 pixel high, this is unusable!

    - Standalone: If Kontakt is reopened it does not reappear at the same
position (very annoying). It seems to have an offset which is the height of the Windows taskbar.

    - Kills all sounding notes when "All notes off" is received without
playing their release phase. Makes it unusable with my Kawai K1 which
always sends a "All notes off" message when the last key is released.
By the way this is the only NI plugin I know that behaves that way.

    - The about dialog has a redraw problem

    - Windows: Kontakt can not be closed via Alt+F4

    Improvements:

    - The keyrange should be in the instrument view and also the MIDI
transpose. This would be much more convenient for using Kontakt
live than hiding those parameters in the instrument dialog.

Thanks for the tip, but I am having this problem when running Kontakt in standalone mode (with Cubase it works fine, I guess this messages gets filtered).

set midi controller to change fx wet setting.

    move hardware controller

    fx wet setting changes audiably.

slider in kontakt interface stays the same.

in both stand alone and cubase pluggin?

Am I the only on with this problem?

Also Alt or shift draging key groups in mapping editor makes standalone version close

and alt or shift dragging in mapping editor in cubase sx2 plugin say fatal error(but strangley stay on)

Hopefully there are not going to be any bugs that i realise about too late.

    on the positive

If i can get round the bugs in the program i think it is going to be quite a creative program to write music.

i could swear this worked with 2.0 by changing the Menu font size in the options box, but now it only changes the menus for me.

Guys? Changing the font size works just fine on 2.0 and 2.01.

I tested it in standalone and as a plug-in in Ableton Live 4.1.1.

Options -> Interface -> Menu Font Size -> [Setting]

Exit the window (and delete the VST if running as plug-in), re-open/re-add VST, and viola; font size changed...

Edit: Oh, I see... You meant the Browser font size, and not the menu font size. My bad, it doesn't change after all.
