Hey Traktor Team! Currently loving the hard work you are all doing with the Browser!
Here are some necessary improvments though:

    1. Since from BETA 220, the UI has been slightly modified, it would be very nice if you could enable a setting (or that it becomes the standard behaviour) if we could DIM the already played tracks. In my opinnion, this is the next step of this updated UI, because all imported tracks in the Traktor library are displayed in a bright white, and it makes it even harder to “read” the already played tick. As suggested by other users, this is something that other softwares have, and that even I’ve introduced in my MOD for the S5/S8/D2/S4 MK3 in the controller’s adapted browser.

    2. Regarding this controllers and the adapted Browser, it would be nice to have more info sent from the browser to the controller, currently only being sent “essential” metadata: Title, Artist, Album Cover, BPM, Key and Rating.
The ability to see the Album (no the cover), or more implrtantly, the comments on the controller’s browser is a feature that has been requested to me by many and about which I can’t do nothing about it.

    3. Update the “home” list of the controller’s browser:
Currently, on the adapted browser for the controllers there is displayed: Track Collection / Playlists / iTunes / Explorer / Favourite Playlists / History
It would be nice if there we could have displayed, as in BETA 220:
Track Collection / Playlists / Music (or iTunes) / Explorer / Recordings / Favourite Playlists / History

    4. Also about the controller’s browser, when a search is done in the search field, the controller’s browser doesn’t automatically respond as the computer’s one:
The Search Field automatically “redirects” the compuer’s browser to the “All Tracks” folder. The issue is that this doesn’t always happen on the controller, having to manually navigate to the All Tracks folder on your controller to see the “results” of the search on the controller.
Appart from this, I’m very satisfied with the improved UI, and probably won’t be happenning anytime soon, but I want to believe that this is a first step to integrate streaming services to Traktor too (I believe this because of the new small “Traktor” icon at the left of each Track, which could “indicate” that they are tracks which are stored in Traktor’s library and not in streaming platforms... we’ll see!!!)

That icon indeed indicates that the track is in your library, and it has always been there in the Explorer node. They just changed the icon ;)

Oh please ErikMinekus just let me dream for a day at least! :D
Seriously, thanks for the info, I thought for some moments that this could mean something
It’s strange, though, that I’ve only seen this icon on my mac, but not on my windows laptop? o_O

    5. Also the icons of the controllers browser do not match the ones in the computer browser, they are outdated too, it would be nice to have something done about it! For example. on can't differentiate between an actual folder, a playlist or a smart playlist since in the controller, they are all treated as "folders".

    6. It would be nice if the following bug, which is reported in my post, could be finally fixed:

On the Browser list, the function model.loadedInDeck doesn’t work properly for Tracks which aren't "loaded" directly from the collection (ex: loaded from a playlist of the iTunes/Music Library or the from the Explorer, even if they are imported to Traktor's library), as it only considers that such tracks are Loaded in a Deck when the have been played the minimum play count time (the setting in Traktor + playing them on a deck which has some volume). This doesn't happen for Tracks which are loaded directly from the Trakor collection: it behaves normally as in the computer's browser, correctly showing to which decks a track is loaded, independently of the playing state of the track on that deck.

Of course! For a moment I thought that this was already implemented, no idea why! Far more important than the album itself to DJ! :D
