Buy and Sell

I reached out but they basically told me the previous owner has the right to decide whether or not they want to transfer the software license with the device, and in my case that person has been non responsive. I've been going back and forth with email support for a week now, they still haven't offered even 10% off the 100 dollar software. I've owned my MK2 for months now and still haven't been able to use it

 

The Problem is that the software is not sold separated from the hardware

From what I have seen on the forum the MK2 Seems to be a bit of an issue since it might have come V 1.8 or V 2 of the software
But if you have an invoice from the purchase there is at least the chance to register the unit to your account (Serial is on the back of the unit)

This would mean that the Seller Violated the EULA from NI

 

I appreciate the help, I'm going to keep writing to them, but for now it seems like the company wants me to spend an additional 100 on the software. Just sucks because now that I know what to look for, I'm definitely seeing MK2's WITH software selling for the same price I bought mine.

You should be able to use it as a midi controller and at least have some fun with the great pads to do some fun beat making in a DAW. Not what you want, but you’ll at least get to have some fun with it while you wait.

Hi! I decided to sell my Strezov Sampling Vocal bundle, including Arva Children Choir, Freya women choir, Wotan male choir and Rhodope 2 Bulgarian ethnic choir. I was pulled down by the price NI offered for this set but I don't use it anymore.

I don't mean to make any profit from buying the bundle so cheap so I leave the price at those stunning €399. If anyone is interested send me a message. We could even agree on a slightly better price.

 

And, is it possible to transfer the licence? AFAIK Strezov Sampling has a policy of no licence transfers allowed.
But maybe they have changed it....

 

Well it should be! I have the products listed on my NI account as I bought it from NI, not from SS. Gotta check though.

Hello everybody! I'm new here , I don't know where to find the answer, so I'll write here! Tell me, if I already have a license for Kontakt 6 or any other product from NI - when buying KOMPLETE 49 MK2, can I replace some of the existing software?

If you mean Get other software that A KK49 MK2 Comes with than the Answer is No since the Licence is Bundled with the hardware
and in this case the software is also a bundle (Komplete Select) so there is no way to change A Product that is part of this bundle

Also if you have the full version of Kontakt 6 than I would suggest keeping it since the Komplete Select does only include the Player version

You can always decide to sell the products you already have here
