This should have been the real package from the very beginning. Better late than never !

 

I am hoping this will be available to the people who already bought a Komplete keyboard! At this point in time i am feeling pretty silly for buying it last year and still only have Komplete 9 !

 

Did you register it ,the hardware serial , and komplete kontrol software, that came with the keyboard? Did u get a serial for komplete kontrol in a email from n.i because u own komplete 9?

 

All my NI stuff is registered as soon as i buy it So yes, i did register it and get the serial numbers
Too late to send it back for a refund and then buy another one i guess

 

I think u could get away with it if u just had to register it

No deal for Komplete 10 owners who want to upgrade to K10 Ultimate with the purchase of a Kontrol S keyboard?
Wonder if the Komplete 10 to K10 Ultimate upgrade would also be offered as a deal with a Kontrol S keyboard. Seems strange that this deal would only help owners of K2-9 and not K10.

 

I haven't got around to upgrading mine to K10 yet. It's on my list of things to do so this offer looked great as it means i might be able to go K10 to K10 ultimate They would get their money out of me one way or another

I just sent them an email asking if current owners of komplete kontrol can have an upgrade to K10.

I didn't.

Wishful thinking that i could get the 9 to 10 upgrade free which would then let me treat myself later on to a 10 to 20 Ultimate upgarde instead of the 9 to 10 upgarde i was going to get.

What about currently K9U user and had bought Kontrol S61 half a year ago? I have already registerd every thing , and I get nothing?

Wish I will get a free K9U to K10 update... or i'm rule out

Or maybe the komplete SELECT?

 

I have K9U and would like to take the offer, my S-Series Keyboard is not registered yet.
Unfortunately, I only see the offer to get K10 for free, not the K10U for half the price offer. Does anyone know how this works? Would I automatically qualify to get K10U for half the price, once I register my keyboard?

 

Both K10 and K10U are phisical products (not downloads) so I figure out they will be shipped only in bundle with keyboards for orders submitted from 29/04 to 31/05.
I'm afraid that registering today your keyboard bought before 29/04/15 will not qualify to receive K10 products.
K9U users have only the option to buy the "keyboard + K10U (with update at 50% off)" bundle. The upgrade from K9U to K10 isn't applicable.

 

mmh, that would suck. I own my Keyboard for a couple of months now and did not use it often.
In my opinion, NI should also give the people a discount (maybe a smaller discount) to people who already own Komplete Kontrol. We did purchase this product within a year since the release date, due to blind faith in NI. Other companies use deals or specials to award their customers for the trust in the company too, and not only to boost sales over and over again.

 

Well, there's this thread and the other thread about the offer for K10U upgrade at 50% off for owners of K9U if they buy an S series board. I bought my S49 last week but I didn't register it so I am hoping this will work for me since I own K9U. I had registered Komplete Kontrol software a while ago because it was offered free. That was not a keyboard purchase however. So, I think I should be alright.

 

So how does it work exactly ?
Has anyone taken the offer ?
One registers a new KK keyboard on the NI site and receives a redeem code via email a couple of days later, is that it ?
