So we should have been given Komplete10 upgrade discs at the same time when we bought our Keybords correct?
And if we weren't given the discs, we should get in contact with our resellers to give us the discs?

I got email links for the Komplete Select instruments download....I didn't have Drumlab, Gentleman, or Retro Machines in K9U so that will be some welcome additions....ZR

 

Well, I must say NI came through, as their June sale allows early Kontrol S owners to upgrade but also crossgrade. So, although I bought K10 together with my Kontrol keyboard, both at full price, I will now crossgrade to K10 Ultimate from Kontrol and sell my original K10. This way, most of the extra cost of being an early adopter will have been alleviated.

 

How much is the crossgrade compared to the upgrade ,

 

A difference of $150 or so, during this month of June. After that, twice as much.

 

Had to wait a bit, but finally a more reasonable price to upgrade from K9 to K10. Thanks, NI.

 

I'm really pleased at this as I only bought the standard Komplete 10.

I've got the upgrade to Ultimate for £214.
The contents of my order states I will be getting the product box with hard drive so I'm assuming I don't just get given the instruments that were not in the standard K10. I get the full product.

This would mean I could sell my standard K10 and make my money back and some.

If this is the case I'm very pleased as I bought K10 and an S61 from launch and it cost a bomb.

Oh well haha. I noticed someone above said about crossgrading from komplete Kontrol and being able to sell the standard K10.

Is that correct and possible. Have I done it the wrong way haha.

I never got an option to crossgrade and I have an s61

Yes u could crossgrade to ultimate as you have a kontrol then sell k10 don't know how much u would end up saving ,
When I brought my kontrol I brought komplete as a crossgrade from maschine so I paid 335 and then just updated to ultimate for 179 , btw it's cheaper in the shops then n.i site

 

I've already bought through here and notice PMT in Southend are doing the crossgrade for 289 and i've paid 214 for the upgrade.

I was looking to get Damage and thats still 249 so its a great deal for me.

I don't normally do impulse buys so a bit annoyed i didn't check PMT for their 179 upgrade
