I am having a issue I hope someone can help me with. I have a numark 4trak, and I am using the 4trak version of traktor 2.61. Which is basically like traktor le I am assuming. I think my problem occurred when i tried to use my mic on my 4trak. ( I am not 100% sure how to set this up in the audio settings.) I now will randomly get this loud buzzing hum sound. I thought initially it was just on deck a, but it then switched to deck d. I then thought it was an issue with my actual 4trak. But I turned traktor on without the 4trak and it still made this same noise. Its like it just randomly starts up. No idea what causes it. My 4trak was fine with no issues for weeks. I have some shows coming up so I really hope it isnt a faulty unit. The weird thing was I seen something about ground loop I think is what it was called so I unplugged my laptop for a second. And the sound stopped... I had previously owned a traktor kontrol s2, and never had any issues at all. I will enclose a screen shot of how the master volume is like froze all the way up everytime this happens. Any help would be appreciated.

can you post a screenshot of your audio routing?
If this is noise is shown in traktors volume meter and does not stop when using traktor without your controller, i would say it can't be a hardware issue. You say it started after trying to use your mic. I guess you did something wrong in your audio config.
Maybe you could try the Setup Wizard to set your audio settings to the default for your controller?

Well I think it has something to do with some sort of ground looping, or ground hum. From what i have found on google. I think i said I read on another forum to see what happens when you unplug your laptop from the powersupply if it stopped. And sure enough when i unplugged it it did indeed stop. It also said to plug your dj stuff all in the same place, I am going to try this tonight. I dont think it is my laptop because it only does it with traktor nothing else. So I am going to think about getting this moonster surge protector made for performance that says it cuts down on the humm sounds. What would you like me to screen shot? My actual audio settings inside traktor?

Looks like an audio driver/routing problem from your screenshot. Buying surge protectors won't help.

How have you set your Input and Output routing?
