calibration issue

    I think that I asked this before, but if your setup is correct:
    Are your needles and cartridges fine? Can you check with others?

    read the last post on the previous page ;)
    I had a friend check my TT's and it turned out the pressure on the needles was too low.

    the problem is that this special mixer is labelled differently than normal ones. usually you have a ph/line switch on TOP of the mixer where yours is called CD/Phono - but does exactly the very same.

    the additional ph/line switch on BACK of the mixer is for another purpose - when using no turntables at all.

    this plus the absence of knowledge how to setup a tonearm caused the trouble. i'm pretty happy that we got it! ;)
