    You'll need to check that one with EWQL, but their standard policy is "No". if you have an exceptional reason, they may allow the transfer.

    Somebody told me this:


    "It is true that their current product is not transferable, but I purchased this and registered it under an earlier user agreement that does explicitly state it can be sold to a third party one time. Since I never upgraded or agreed to any other user terms, I am expecting them to hold up their side of the agreement.
