    Still waiting on tech support for ticket 2011040610003305 and 2011051510003797 from April and May, respectively. April was the original submission, May was a submission to complain that I'd had no answer on the April submission.:angry:

    Any suggestions on getting an answer from NI tech support - I'm not calling, I don't live in the US - are welcome, or tech support, if you actually exist and read this, a response would be welcome.

    Why would I take advantage of any Maschine crossgrade if you won't support my existing Kore 2 install?
