can i get the keyboard/controller to play the samples from maschine?

one more sorry guys haha,,, but i have a key board hooked up to an MBOX and i run everything through protools. can i get the keyboard/controller to play the samples from maschine?

 

yes... You can... It says it in the manual i believe.. To long to explain here...

 

Midi out to midi in to your soundcard or simple usb.

Select your midi in in maschine.

Select the sound you want to play by hitting the pad.

Play.

i looked thru the manual and i still dont get it im sorry guys maybe i dont kno how to word it right to find it in the manual. but i have my keyboard arlready hooked up to my soundcard (mbox) and i kno i can directly connect the keyboard to the maschine via the midi/ in and out directly on maschine. but id like to keep the keyboard plugged in the mbox at all times. i just can not find the setting on mschine to allow me to play samples thru my external controlller, any help? i think this is an easy one i dont kno why i cant figure it out
