Can I migrate Battery 3 kits to Battery 4?

Forgive if this is a repetition. I've noticed a number of threads bemoaning the loss of so many acoustic kits in Battery 4.

I've just migrated from Windows 32 to a new Mac and have installed Komplete 9, to discover some of my most used kits missing from Battery 4. I'm bewildered by the decision … especially the Jazz kits.

So I want to know if I can somehow import kits from Battery 3? And if so … how??

I'm so used to NI being smart enough to include legacy sounds, presets etc with things like Reaktor and Absynth. It never occurred to me that they would make such a regressive decision as to leave out kits. And how are people meant to be able to open old project files if whole elements are missing? Are we meant to have 2, 3, 4 or 5 old installations of Komplete sitting on our drives??

I'm just pissed off, because Fxpansion have done the same dumb thing with BFD3. And their complete rebuild means there is NO chance of importing my old kits there.

You still have the Battery 3 Factory Library, and you can add this to the Battery 4 user libraries tab if you want. All patches should open normally.

In this particular case installing Battery 3 would be a possible alternative. Both versions can co-exist.
