Can I re-sell the Traktor S4 software?

Hey guys Im new to this forum. Had a question about my S4 software. First off I purchased my S4 on ebay and the seller did not include the software. I later on filed a claim and got a small refund. I later then went on ebay and purchased what was suppose to be the full version of Traktor Pro 2, but it ended up being the disc that most new S4s come with. Although it is like a full version of Traktor Pro 2, on my account it shows it as Traktor S4. I had no problem with it since it worked, but a few weeks ago I decided to get the scratch upgrade so I could use my Technics.

So here is where my question goes... If I unregister and sell the Traktor Pro 2, will the traktor scratch upgrade still work? Or do I need to have both installed and register? and also, the version do I have, can I sell it as Traktor Pro 2 or is it strictly for the S4?
