Can I use presets? Copyright?

    I have just accidentally had Cyclane running with one of Rob Acid's presets when I pulled up a song on my Cubase Computer and it just has the PERFECT VIBE. Can I use this in the song? Reaktor and Rob will get a credit, but I am unsure if this is OK. What is the deal with copyright on Reaktor presets?
