Can I use the S8 and (2x) D2's together with TP3?

Hi I am a new user here so bare with me.
I'm under the impression that I can only use the S8 + (x2) D2's with TP2 (2.11). I've recently just pulled them out of storage out after purchasing them a few years ago but never got round to using them at all. If it is not possible to use them both together with TP3, where can I buy TP2 2.11 as I can't seem to find it for sale anywhere. Please help!!!!

 

Why do you say it's not possible to use (x2) D2s with an S8? Totally possible, both on Traktor Pro 3 and 2. Furthermore, it should be plug and play!

 

I'd read on someones post that it wasn't possible to use both D2's as decks 3 and 4 while using the S8 for deck 1 and 2 on a 4 deck setup on the software after TP2 version 2.11. I hope your right as I was going to purchase TP3 today

 

It’s totally possible, it’s even possible to use 4x D2s, I believe


Anyway, why do you need to buy Traktor, did you register all your gear back when you bought them? Otherwise you can try registering them now to your account, and you should have the latest version (Traktor Pro 3) for free if you didn’t

 

You literally have 3 available licenses, in theory (1 because of the S8 and 2 because of your D2s). Did you register all of them? It would be worth checking before buying the update!
However, if you had preciously registered them (which means you’ll only have Traktor Pro 2.0), don’t hesitate and buy the update during this days that it has a 50% discount

 

I am not sure, how it is now, but in past two D2s were maximum allowed to use.... Not three or four....

 

I have an s8 and a D2 that I use on TP3 Works great. I use the D2 for sampling and loops on my third deck / channel.
