Can my MPC control traktor via midi clock?

oooh i hope someone can help me here...
I thought i had traktor running sweet for the last 4 years of midi control via the keyboard for the program buttons.. Then i incorporated a whole heap of hardware.. MPC, Novation, KP2, 01X to name a few. dont really need traktor in this setup but as ya know its hard to leave something so good out of the picture. I run Mac's 10.4 M Audio Firewire Audiophile.
I would like to have traktor syncing with the MPC that controls the show.. What are my chances?

I have tried many variations now that i'm confused as to what i have tried...
help me if you can...

I'm guessing a nifty combination of Midi Yoke and Bome's Midi Translator might do the trick? Pretty sure that's the way i sync'd to my mate the other day in a session..

hey there & thanks for your info.. i have not found a mac version of one midi app and still in limbo with the whole thing.. is there any way you might email me a link or have some info on traktor controlling an external device which would be just as useful...
so far im syncing by ear & it works for a while till i reset it again.. its a bit of a pain 4 sure...
kAnything you can do would be gr8!
