Can someone help me with a Maschine/Guitar rig problem?

    I'm using Maschine to make a beat so I decide to use Guitar Rig's solid buss compressor but as soon as I put guitar rig on Maschine's master channel everything sounded in mono. After a bit of investigating I discovered that it is only playing Maschine's left channel thru Guitar rig, I pulled up Guitar rig 3 just to see if it still did it and it didn't. It seems Guitar rig 3 has the option to select left/right/or both channels, I'm sure Guitar rig 5 has it too but I just can't seem to find it, does anyone know where it is?
    Also, guitar rigs presets are not showing up in Maschine.

    well, my GR5 & presets show up in Maschine, what doesn't show up are Reflektor/traktor's 12/rammfire...the products don't show in the browser, and the presets don't show up if I go through Components...where are all of those presets ?
    they still show in GR4...
